I used to love them, not sure what happened. I received a badly produced metal sign and contacted them 2 weeks ago via chat, no response, 3 days later via email, no response, 3 days later via contact form, no response. It's now been over 2 weeks - nothing. They have always been super helpful but this time, I explained, said I had pictures, requested a refund and I'm really really surprised I've heard nothing back. Reasonable products, substandard customer service! The products seem pretty good, but the customer service is substandard. Why? Because you can ask a specific question and do not get a specific answer. Also, you can email them and it can take 8 hours or more to get a response - that's if you do get a response at all! I emailed them a few days ago and they didn't reply. It was a really important question, and I am now faced with having to email them back again to ask the same question. I have noticed their responses are often lazy. The often do not take the due care and attention to put together a personalised response to what you're asking them, and what you need to know in order to move forward with your sales. They do not have 24/7 hour customer support. There is no excuse for this seeing as how cost effective it is to hire a VA! This shows a real lack of care for their business customers. They have obviously invested a huge amount in their app... now go and do the same for customer service and training as it sucks! Also, you can be really friendly to THEM in your emails, but oftentimes they do not reciprocate and can sound robotic! I mean, if someone asks how you are and you just ignore that, it makes you come across that you do not care about your customers. I am not asking you to be my BFF Teelaunch, I am just asking for some better manners. I am a good customer of yours who has sold more than a few of your products! So, spread the love and generosity and it will be reflected back to you and make your day so much better. When I was charged hidden custom fees for an item and told them about this, the first response was kind of along the lines of "It's not our problem, that is down to you to find out". They need to be way more transparent! I basically received a $10 fee just for some cheap samples!!! Not once during the order process did it mention that I should be expecting these charges. I have never once been charged custom fees even when ordering from abroad! HUGE oversight Teelaunch... you can do so much better! The beauty is in the detail, I hope you will look much closer. So, virtually every other company I deal with has better customer service (apart from MyHemes). Teelaunch REALLY need to invest time and money in this area of their business immediately, and it is a big oversight on their part. Good customer service will make them much more profitable. I am still in two minds as to keep using Teelaunch. I see there are some new major players in the market. So, if Teelaunch do not pull their socks up on their customer service and start to describe the products they are selling much better, I will have no choice but to jump ship. Teelaunch,if you are reading this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE improve your customer service and include more information on your products! It is a frustrating experience dealing with you some of the time. I hope you will take on board what I have said, and implement some of the changes. This is not just me having a rant, these are genuine issues that you need to address in order to be much more successful and retain your customers. :)

I chose teelaunch based on good reviews online, but so far my experience has been very frustrating. I created a product and put through a sample order. I heard nothing back. I checked a few days later, and found out that I did something wrong and it never went though--teeluanch didn't contact me about this at all. The customer service person I emailed told me I made a mistake and then keep repeating, "Watch the video"--but didn't tell me how to fix the problem. This came across as really obnoxious. Finally I fixed the problem, and he assured me (with many exclamation points) that the order went through successfully. I checked back two days later, however--more error messages, no reason given on the site, and no email to me indicating that there was a problem! I am really out of patience--they seem to have inexperienced customer service and a confusing user interface. Waiting for them to get back to me yet again. ---- Addendum: After reading through their entire "help" documentation, I see that because I had at some earlier point changed the vendor name in Shopify and then (realizing I shouldn't have done this) changed it back, my order never went though--it won't work even if you change it back. The customer service person never checked on or mentioned this, and so when he said my order had got through, it had not. ---- Addendum #2: They are tying to fix the problem. Apparently my error was a special kind of error that didn't trigger an email to me telling me there was a problem. Still a frustrating experience, especially since it took them so long to figure out the problem, but I will give them another star for trying.

Shirt quality was O.K at best, some shirts are discolored with odd sizes, but what stood out most to me was how poor the customer service is.

So I've tested the waters out on Printful and I'm happy with their service but they are really pricey. Thus, I've turned to Teelaunch because they have great prices! Here's my gripe about them though. They are pretty diligent about returning your emails but it almost seems like I'm speaking with a robot? They don't know me on a first name basis? Brittany and Kristy have been great but I wish they had a little more production power. The website claims turnaround times are 5-7 days in the U.S. I had a customer order a decent size batch of shirts, order was batched, 5 days later it's still in production, shirts still not printed? That's fine but I've requested to expedite the shipping so my customers order gets to her on time. I offer to pay for the over night shipping myself. It only makes sense, if Teelaunch wants my business they have got to earn some trust. If I was in their shoes, I'd contact the production manager, tell him to go to the UPS store and ship them out. That's kind of extreme but you gotta do something besides tell me "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." So they have really slow shipping times, the shirts have a "sharpie" smell to them from the pre treament they used to help sink in the ink, and the quality is ok. It's something Teelanch can work on and I'm more than willing to have the patience to work with them. But they gotta throw me a frigging bone or something!

I was looking for a POD company and won't be choosing Teelaunch. Twice I used their page contact form and I have not received any response.
