Teeter bike arrived in a couple of days. It took my sister & I a couple of hours to assemble and instructions were easy to follow. My husband had another recumbent bike which we had recently bought but found it too hard to use even at #1 . We are very happy with the Teeter bike as it is so much easier to use and to make adjustments for either of us.

Sent me the wrong part for my table. I ordered the lumbar bridge for my Fitspine X1, but got the lumbar bridge for a Comfort Track. Would be nice if they would just make them universal but then they wouldn’t make money selling accessories.

We offer different Lumbar Bridge designs because our FitSpine and ComforTrak beds have different shapes and attachment systems, not to sell more accessories. I suffer from spinal stenosis, radiculpathy, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and scoliosis. My condition is well documented with treatment, MRI's and x-rays spanning more than 20 years. My problems were aggravated by a 36 year career as a pilot, both military and commercial. I'm avoiding surgery, and I'm open to various paths to mitigating pain, including physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, cortosteroid injections, NSAIDS as needed, and now, my Teeter X-3 inversion table. None of these things are going to "fix" my back. But I have noticed a substantial reduction in pain since I started using my inversion table twice a day. It is particularly effective for me when used immediately before and after exercise or other exertion, such as yard work. I try to use it twice a day, and my sessions last less than ten minutes. The X-3 model is well built and reasonably priced for the quality of construction. I was able to obtain a "letter of medical necessity" from my PCP and pay for the device with pre-tax HSA money, which softened the financial blow. Delivery was fast, assembly was not complicated, and it seems built to last. Surprisingly, I have also noticed a benefit in my knees, which are sometimes stiff in the morning at age 63, but have not required medical attention. I'm not a medical professional or otherwise qualified to give others advice, but the inversion table has resulted in a rapid and meaningful reduction in everyday pain associated with lumbar-region spinal degeneration for me, in my particular circumstances. I would recommend it to friends if they were similarly situated.
