Used for 2 days. So far so good. It will be good if we able to purchase without any MOQ in future, as our project came in phase. If there are MOQ of 10 in next purchase, we might not be able to proceed with Teguar although we would love to.

They were very helpful. They came to our business and was able to tell us exactly what we should ordered. We placed the order and it arrived promptly as they said it would.

Our rep Clint Nichols was great but the shipping department doesn't seam to know how to read. We asked for our item to be shipped via our account and priority overnight. The packing slip said exactly what we wanted but our package was shipped via ground. Clint was awesome at trying to get it fixed but was unable to.

Thanks for the feedback about both your Sales and Shipping experiences. We're glad Clint was on top of things for you, and we apologize for the breakdown in communication that resulted in ground shipping instead of priority. We have addressed the situation with the shipping agent in question, and hope that you will let Clint know if you need anything else. We look forward to doing better with your next order!

Computer was delivered without stand. Stand was eventually delivered but is was not acceptable, and was returned. The stand did not allow good adjustment of viewing angles, and could not be properly tightened. Computer is excellent, and good viewing angels and beautiful display.
