They seemed great at first
They seemed great at first, but after hours on the phone and online with Microsoft I learned they were scamming me all along. They sold me updates I didn't need, and made updates to my system without my knowledge or permission. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS! They're not as nice as they pretend to be.

Dear Anthony, I am sure you are misrepresenting us, someone else might have tried to contact you. You have taken our service an year back and we only contact for monthly maintenance, your assistance services are still active, we did not intend to sell you anything. Moreover, you are aware of our refund policy which is mentioned on our invoice which is 45 days and we would appreciate resolving this misunderstanding by offering you a solution over email or call which ever you seem fit to use.
