Not happy. False information about singapore servers, and trying to port out my number from them is a nightmare, they are extremely slow to respond to support queries, if they bother to respond at all

It was an email change, without having previous domain email lost, support team help us very positively and fix the issue in very short period of time and saved our telnyx account and its configurations.

I love how easy Telnyx is as compared to Twilio, especially the number porting and 10DLC. One thing that I loved the most was their team first evaluates your submission for number porting and 10DLC registration and then sends it for submission to the carrier, this increases your chance of getting approved whereas Twilio sends it directly and if it fails then you lost your $20 for the submission fee.

One week trying to sign in, they just say to do things I've already done, no one reaches out except stuff you can just find on a website support page, nothing gets solved.
