still been harassed daily form multipul numbers all scammers with numbers supplied bt Telnyx, I am beginning to wonder if this is a genuine company or was set up for the sole purpose of supplying scammers with hundreds of numbers from all over the uk, filling out form does nothing, you wont believe I have just had a call while typing this from 01204935414 and what a surprise its a Telnyx number, I currently have over 90 blocked Telnyx numbers in my phone its getting tiring now

Do not expect to receive any technical support, this company only has chat handlers who can send you links to documents and after being sent the wrong links and not really knowing what to do as you receive conflicting information. If you are really technical or in the industry I believe this company offers a good solution. But if you don't know what your doing and the non existent technical support. It may be worth you looking at another company which can assist you with the setup. Thanks for your swift reply I have replied to your support team as they have now sent me a document to set up my phone which now conflicts with what your support team advised me two weeks ago. I am now waiting on a reply to see if I can have somebody who knows and can confirm how to set it up as your team advised that you have to rely on your documents only. But the issue is which documents are correct to follow. Just an update its now the 21st of September made some progress hoping to be connected by the end of the month waiting on support Last update Dylan got be connected in the end but its really frustrating when a very simple thing is over complicated by sending out long articles for support when it was resolved simply when I never understood the long article sent out. My conclusion to this is the chat handlers need to be more client focused with the specific clients problem and stop responding my immediately sending articles and links out. I almost gave up today if Dylan had not of assisted after sending me the long article. So I believe whoever is responsible for training needs to do more 121 training on real customer care. I am changing the review to 3* because I believe this is a good company but support needs to be looked at from a clients point of view and bombarding clients with links and articles is not the solution. If I had had this response from the start with real help I would have given 5 *

We've had an account with them for quite a while, and enjoy it! Every time a SIP trunk issue comes up, I can get on, take a look at the issue, and then reach out to their support team via chat. They usually respond quite quickly! The only drawback is I can't put in multiple differing credit cards for different bill accounts. Not that big of a deal though, as their customer service is awesome!

Receiving unsolicited calls from India Call Centre about Diesel claims. Got over 10 calls today. All the numbers belong to Telnyx. You cannot report abuse for multiple numbers, you have to file a report for each individual number. There is a comment about reporting unlimited numbers by using a comma to seperate the numbers, this is not true, if you use a comma the form thinks it is an invalid number. Ironic that Telnyx claim to hate fraud and scam calls but they are selling their numbers to scammers! Am From India. And My Users are from India. Am Using Storage Service from Telnyx was Very Very Good. Am Impressed Mainly Free Egress without condtions plus daily billing. I Stored around 6Tb Data and my egress was going 3x of storage daily. First i tried us-west. It was very slow to indian users. after few days tried central and Us-east. Then my Users getting good speed always. Am Surely saying 1000% Telnyx was better than wasbi. Firstly i tried wasabi. They not given public access with premium also. In wasbi Free Egress also many conditions and if you upload even 1gb also fixed amount 6.99$. So I leaved from wasabi. Before going using telnxy storage fully, You Must Verfiy Your Identify. Just Try it, Enjoy Free Egressperience.

Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old, extremely non-suspicious account. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their founders each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees. NEVER AGAIN.
