Excellent choice. I found TeleRx on Facebook and decided to give it a try as my Rheumatologist could not get me in for 2 weeks and I was suffering from a arthritic flare. They sent me the usual medication, it arrived quickly and my Rheumatologist was in 100% agreement with the medication (Medrol Dosepak) treatment prescribed by TeleRx. Perfect transaction. THANK YOU!!

I have ordered a few times from TelyRx. For the price that your customers are paying for the medications, the packaging is horrific. The first time I ordered,the packaging was in good shape. The last two orders, the pills were in a box, 5 times bigger than what was needed. Zero dunnage, styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap.. Absolutely nothing to protect the shipment is added to the box. The last order I put in the notes, to please include some kind of packaging material to protect the shipment. Absolutely nothing was added.. Shipping and packaging material is inexpensive and really isn’t something that the company needs to be told to add to the shipment.

You’re absolutely right: for the price you’re paying, you should be able to trust that your medications are packaged securely and consistently. Using a box several times larger than necessary with no dunnage, bubble wrap, or other protective material is unacceptable, especially when you went out of your way to ask us to add packaging material and we still didn’t follow through.
