My order was placed and shipped immediately to South Dakota. The only problem is I live in FLORIDA! I want a full refund immediately or will dispute the charges with my cc company.

The picture looked like a decent size portal full of soil. In person it is tiny. The finish on the cross has blemishes and doesn't look high quality. The cross in the picture had nice multi tone wood grain. The one I received is plain and looks like pine made by a kid. Even the mounting hole in the back is so far off center that it won't hang straight. I hate to complain. I am happy to support the archeological project but I'm just being honest about the product I purchased.

I order 11 gift sets 10 days ago and haven't heard a word abut my order other than the email that stated that i did have and order. I ask them why after this long couldn't them send tracking number but got no reply. I scared I may have been ripped off. I'm so mad I'm sick.....

It opened during a night and almost everything ran out. Ut should have been glued, so this wouldn’t have happened. I was so disappointed
