Once we were made aware that the driver would not be able to arrive on your specified date, we immediately requested they bring the shipment back. However, by that time, they were already en route, with other shipments scheduled for delivery along the way. Hello, It appears that the customer requested a driver at a specific lower price that, unfortunately, we were unable to secure. As soon as we realized we could not locate a carrier at that rate, we promptly refunded the customer’s initial payment so they could make alternative arrangements without delay. We always strive to accommodate our customers’ requests whenever possible, and we aim to be transparent if a requested rate is not feasible. Hello! We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the delays. The shipment was booked a few weeks before it would be ready, and we had some issues finding a driver quickly. The damage was reported a long time after the delivery, and it was not noted on the BOL, nor is it visible on the delivery inspection pictures. Dear Mark, we regret to hear your dissatisfaction with our services. We are indeed committed to ensuring a smooth shipping process. Arranging pickup at the auction is sometimes challenging since there are several bureaucratic systems to pass through to receive the vehicle, and this was the case here. The auction delayed the car's release, and it took the driver a lot of patience to make it happen. Also, we informed you that carriers with semi-trucks might be unable to maneuver to some doors and that the service only renders door-to-door access to semi-truck-accessible locations. Customers with inaccessible locations are advised to meet them at the nearest large area that will be best for the truck turnaround. We hope to get in touch another time with a more understanding process.
