I absolutely love the TenantCloud app. With me being in a different city as my renters, the process has been so easy. I was able to upload the lease to the app and the renters can complete their payments with just a click of a button. I’ve actually suggested this app to others who have wanted to rent out their properties.

Very easy to use and easy to change my banking information when I was hacked. It is nery helpful to get the reminder a few days before the payment is due.

Great app. I converted over about nine months ago. I manage 44 rental units. This makes accounting seamless. I love the indication for posting vacancies. And online payment portal is really good as well. Highly recommend

We’ve had a very positive experience using TenantCloud for managing our rental properties. The platform makes it easier to keep tenant information, payments, leases, and other property-related tasks organized in one place. It has been especially helpful for keeping our day-to-day property management more streamlined and manageable. Overall, it’s been a useful and reliable tool for our rental operations.

Programming/security glitch on your end. First two service reps were nice, but didn't seem thoroughly trained and were unable to help me. HOWEVER, called again and spoke with Crystal. She was AMAZING! She went to extraordinary lengths to discover the cause of the problem. Even tho she couldn't process my payment I was thoroughly pleased with her help. Give that girl a raise!!

Tried to sign the lease for multiple days and never worked had to do it threw authusign, way better 15 minutes done. Can't stop the app for asking for utilities to be set up. We only needed power and that is done. Just keeps sending emails to set it up. Paid the deposit and rent and it is now showing we are late. We paid it on the 4th, the late date is anything after the 5th. Only reason for paying on the 4th is because we couldn't get set up on the tenantcloud app. Definitely would not us the app. My kid had a problem when they had to us it too for their rental.
