I ordered my pádel racket and they cancelled the order after 7 days. I wrote email to TennisTro and they responded very fast to explain the issue so I ordered again. Good service.

Very sketchy
Order accepted and product shipped. Tracking showed its "on the way". Then after several days, I got an email saying order canceled as per your request. I never requested cancelation. Their info email bounces back. Nobody ever responds. No proper communication. No refund received. Looks very much like some sort of scam to be honest. I hope its not. I guess I'll find out soon. But I would say stay away!!!
