I think Courtney Corbin is very friendly and communicative. However, I have had issues with keeping appts for other services with no return calls or rescheduling.

Would like to commend pest control technician Mickey who is servicing our property in West Kelowna for a very professional and thorough job well done on each visit.

My comparison is between Forsyth exterminating, Arrow and Terminix previously Allgood brand. Did you know that Terminix offer services that Arrow and Forsyth Exterminating don't? Justin from Terminix arrived 8 a.m. He is considerate of your time. Justin Killion addressed my needs, went over the property, took measurements, ask questions and went over service and pricing etc.. Having bug problems since home purchase i was already savy on rat control, scorpions, spiders, wood bees, carpenter aunts, black snakes, racoon, rats, moles, mice and the list goes on. I could charge people to tour a bug exhibit at my home. I needed a good service that offered just a little more value. A few minutes with Justin and i said sign me up! How refreshing to have someone who really wants to earn your business without being pompous. Justin is a down to earth guy who can has alot of potential in this business. I got a great deal with more detailed services from Terminix. Ask for Justin Killiam.

We are pleased with our experience with Terminix, because of our current Technician, Alex Lyons. He always texted my wife, Michelle, and I prior to arrival. Alex has always been friendly and comforting. He is very professional, polite and he wore his mask. If for any reasons, Alex is not available, Terminix send somebody out and it is always very pleasant. They have excellent service and we are satisfied with Terminix. Michelle and Boubacar Ba.
