My experience was great! I had to contact the company twice today for different issues. The customer service representative walked me through the process of what I needed to do and she was very pleasant. I was also able to get excellent assistance from Phillip in getting me information needed from billing. I appreciate the quick response as well as the kindness of the Termly Team!
