I am just beginning my website and while doing research I realized I was going to need legal verbiage/documents on my site. I jumped in pretty fast into seeing what all I needed and Termly kept coming up. I created an account and began getting my documents together. It was SO easy. I had a question and the customer service support rep was so helpful and fast to respond. I ended up having another question after we ended our initial conversation and she was just as helpful and responsive the second time as she was the first time. Termly is a great and easy-to-use site. I highly recommend.

Simple and easy way to get legal documents (privacy policy, terms of use, etc.) for a website for relatively low cost. Also, great UI for specifying document requirements.

Termly is a great all-in-one cookie and privacy management tool for any website. There is great plug and play functionality in the creation of privacy policies, terms and conditions, and geo-specific settings for cookie banners. Customer support is also fantastic with fast and friendly responses to your queries. I was helped by Jessica who was able to tell me about upcoming feature releases and helped me manage the administrative side of my account. Would definitely recommend Termly to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to deploy privacy settings across websites.

Being a newbie, I was struggling with implementing the cookie consent solution. The user experience on their website was excellent. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the problem. The service advisers were very helpful and patient in explaining things. Yes I would certainly recommend Termly to others.
