Very fast processing, got my results on a Saturday afternoon after submitting blood work on previous Wednesday. Only thing that was a slight issue was my test didn't fall under the 1-2 day return results period. It was more like 3 days. Not a big time difference, but test that was needed could explain this difference in time. Customer service rep answered this for me quickly. Email was sent with results on a Saturday afternoon (this is awesome!) I would use this service again. Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

I have had about 15 tests done in three years. It has been a beautiful experience, I am so thankful that this service is available and affordable.
