Labcorp was supposed to be open the saturday I went. Turns out that two of the three testing centers in gainesville were going to be closed permanently the following weekend but labcorp corporate turned off the kiosks a week too early. The walgreens mgr also opened the door about seven minutes late. I had to drive across town to 13th street to get blood drawn. This whole fiasco cost me an extra hour and additional gas money to get the test done.

I gave this 3 stars for the following reasons. I got my results and when I went to look up these tests on line and get reference ranges for them those seem to differ. Only the units of measurements that the results were done in were again not consistent with units of measurements for these same tests on line. Even when I tried and online conversion of units results didn't make sense. They were very fast and perhaps I am a bit skeptical, but I think they should have done a better job explaining the tests and the results.

If there is an error in patient information in healthcaretesing.com or Questlab account, the staff should be able to verify accurate information from other identification documents of that patient. The patient should not be made to wait until the patient figures out how the error occurred. Instead, the staff should verify other information pertaining to the patient's identification and be allowed to proceed with the testing.

The issues that I had were on two-fold. First, the lady at the counter tried to complicate the things. She was so concerned about the payment that I felt bad. I already paid online. She was telling me to go back and get a doctor referral before taking my sample. I t was later on when I insisted that I do not need any doctor referral that she found that I have already paid online. I t was sad. The other issue was about the results. A pregnancy test result should be simple to understand. I spent more than 30 minutes tryingtounderstand the result. Make the things simple for the person that neeeds the test so that he canunderstand it. Thank you.

Testing was fine, along with the speed of results, but I got a massive bruise on my arm from the blood draw. I'm 19, in great health and have never had this happen before.

The technician at the lab was fantastic in collecting blood, fast & efficient. The urine collection however, I was sent into a bathroom that was dirty & smelled horrible of urine (I was there early in the morning) and there was NO Soap??? How do you wash your hands without soap after handling urine?? and then you wonder if the staff is using that bathroom as well?? Yuck won’t go back

Nurse could have been more professional and friendly. When dealing with the public, one needs to know how to communicate. You can tell when someones heart is in their work.

While setting up the testing is super simple, there is zero follow-through on the results
