There was a rotten odor in the room, plus the phlebotomists gave me a hematoma which I am still in pain from it today.

Thank you for informing us of your experience at the LabCorp PSC. We have taken this information and put in a formal complaint with our LabCorp representative so the staff may be retrained on blood draws as well as have management address the issue with the odor in the office.

The actual blood draw experience was excellent. However, the lab tested for something I did not order and substituted some other test instead. When I called about this someone said they would retain the sample and do that test. No one ever called me back. No one answers the phone...you have to leave a message, and its not the way a business should be run.

The Quest Diagnostics do not have TRICHOMONAS VAGINALIS RNA QUALITATIVE TMA, MALES. They told me it has been out for a long time and there's no definite when they are getting them.

I ordered a 3 site collection sample and only received 2 site collection.

The web site doesn’t work. Even while at Labcorp the tech could not get the web site to work. The same think happened in May. Ultimately I had to call someone on the phone. Here’s an idea. After your IT person creates the web site actually have someone try it. Then once a week have someone try it. Just think of all the business you could do.

The girl kept asking the same question even though I didnt understand the question she was asking. There's not a number to call that's listed anywhere I could find in order to get directions or make an appointment; I didnt find out until I got there and then she belittled me because I didnt know. She also bruised my arm and vein. Good times.
