My appointment was on time, no delays. My veins are very deep and small, the phlebotomist got my vein on first trial. No multiple poking as I am used to. I got my results almost immediately as well. Very impressed!

Service was fast and easy. When I had a question, customer service emailed me right back that same day. Getting my lab work done took less than 15 mins start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I’ve never had to order labs for my doctors on my own nor to a lab draw facility, so for a first timer i was pleasantly surprised by how quick, and easy the process was. Also the phlebotomist at Quest Kalamazoo, Mi was great. Thank you

It was so easy and the process literally took 2 minutes. I found the test I wanted, paid for it, and scheduled an appointment at my local quest for the same day. 2 hours later the test was done and I had my results by morning. I’ll definitely do it again if needed!!
