When I started with Test Me DNA for…
When I started with Test Me DNA for medical and gave you what I had. You PUSHED for further medical history. YOU should have tested anyways with what info you had even if it was nothing. Your info states that I could have late stage Alzheimer's, but NO ONE and I mean NO ONE in my family has ever been diagnosed with this disease. So I feel this DNA testing is unfounded.

Hello, I believe that you may have us confused with another medical facility. We do not offer testing for Alzheimers. We only offer DNA relationship tests with 2 individuals that may be related in a certain way. We are sorry that you had problems with another company for that type of testing.

The people at the lab are very helpful …
The people at the lab are very helpful with any questions. We will test with another lab, that we will all walk into together as our results shocked all involved. We need a visible chain of custody. As far as we know the lab did their job, however our results came so quickly, we feel we need reassurance.
