If they can't use damaged boxes they…
If they can't use damaged boxes they should return them to the customers. Apparently over a hundred dollars in test strips they say they can't pay me for. So I feel like these were stolen. It wasn't just a few boxes. And I received them this way with hardly noticable damage.

Hi Tammy, Our terms and conditions are very clear in regard to damaged boxes. I reviewed the photos from your order and many of the boxes were torn from labels being removed. To avoid this in the future we ask that you allow us to remove any labels; personal information can be blacked out with a permanent marker. Thank you as always, Chris
