excellent service

I sent out a shipment a week ago and im still waiting for the payment they claim that you get paid with in 24 hr but what they fail to mention is that they have a company thats handles its account payable's out of Colorado called smart payable im still waiting for the check they said it was sent out on Friday its now Wednesday im never doing business with this company again

i got ripped off last april when i delivered my box to fedex in Natomas, CA and i never received word they were received @ teststripz and never received my check. i think fedex employee stole them, somewhere along the line. i am not happy you do business with fedex. i have no receipt i dropped them off and have no recourse to claim my $180. i would rather you did prepay thru the post office or UPS. two weeks is a long time to process checks but it is more $ than using a local service.
