Easy I mailed in the test strips and they mailed me a check

I properly packaged up 4 boxes of test strips and was only given credit for 3 boxes. The reason given was that one box was damaged. This happened twice in the recent past. As I said they were packed properly with bubble wrap etc.

Entire process was transparent and easy. Label came instantly, I packed the box very well just to be safe, and within days the order was received and processed. I received notifications when it was received, processed and approved, and when payment was received. I also appreciated that I was able to modify the order after I submitted it to add or remove something from the shipping manifest. It is nice to have peace of mind knowing that my items and expected total has been updated instead of hoping it will be catalogued as expected, or not included since it wasn't on my initial approved shipping list.
