Great service at the front desk!

The leasing, moving, and day to day living in an apartment managed by TF Cornerstone in Long Island City has been phenomenal.

The straff is very nice, trustworthy and service minded. The house we live in is always clean and with all ameneties one needs, and more.

Honestly in comparison to other management firms TF Cornerstone has surprised me gladly! They are always willing to help!

Fix doors please... Amenities doors (gym) are still broken. It is quite annoying.

Building is terrific - Would benefit even more from a larger fitness center

I have been at Chelsea Centro for six years. Building is very well kept up and the staff are very gracious and helpful. Location is very convenient to walk to Flatiron or Highline, and subways very close: #1, E, C. Two small gyms in building are actually very useful and there are 3 commercial gyms within two blocks. Whole Foods is 3 minute walk. Several local coffee houses with great vibe. Overall a very welcoming and comfortable home.

Been staying here for a month and really enjoy the building, the high quality of services, and proximity to the state park.
