Love the products and the service. My only issue is the 3-5 business days for delivery, but I realize that is not in your control.

I love their concentrates and the shipping issues have improved a lot. They have swift customer service. I would recommend paying the 4 or 5.99 for Peace of Mind shipping,out of the many orders I've made one got lost in the mail and it was replaced promptly
