The 1% BNBReviews of the1percent.com

Scammers!! At first I was told the whole program cost $8k then someone else called me by the the name of Steve saying he worked for Chi Ta and charged me an extra $4k, promised everything was included, big lie. Once you pay you realize now you got to pay the people that are helping you obtain the credit cards which charged about $4k and they are not all at 0% interest like they say. Then you got to pay for furniture and they push an interior decorator which cost another $30k, then you have the other girl they use to set up your home on Airbnb, so when they say everything is included, it is not true. Please do not give these people your money, they are not making money off of the Airbnb but in selling this so-called course. If anyone else out there got ripped off by them please respond, we can all get together and sue this company. The more people we have the better.

I was hesitant to move forward and they told me they would add a refund clause to the contract. I’ve been presented a couple of properties that to hit there targets require $55k, around 24k design fee and 30k in furniture. Then after their management fee if you want them to manage them they don’t break even until 18 months. After going over a couple of properties and saw this I asked for a refund and am being told I am not eligible. I thought there guys were doing good business but it seems they are quite deceitful.

Not. Bad 0x74ad69305fe98d5f44be213af2392d964c9a40a0

Unfortunately very disappointed. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but I have to warn future clients. I am an Active Duty military member and reached out to BnBLeverage for opportunity where they briefed me me and my family make. They set us up with a BnB in the Poconos, assured us of the profits, forgot to mention a $50/guest short term rental fee until the last minute with the property and mentioned it would only require a few hours a week on our part to manage. The reality was vastly different and now, a year later, we are out of business with over $30,000 in credit card debt to pay off with no support from The 1 Percent BNB aka BnBleverage!!

They amplify all the profits you will be making and make it seem like zero risk if your business should go under. That's simply not true. The credit card through chase they recommend, while it has a $50k maximum, still needs to be repaid by YOU if your business fails, regardless of the LLC safety net they talk about. High RISK with this company; Buyer Beware!!

I recommend BNB Leverage to anyone looking to get into the AirBNB space

Definitely not a good investment, I’ve tried it and it got me into lots of that. And it’s very confusing and they charge lots of Money to get you, Trained, and basically something that you can learn on your own. And the investors beware. They will also add you to their Facebook group and then kick you out.

They helped get my first Airbnb setup, they took care of it from scratch
