I’m a first-time customer who searched online for a few days before deciding to do business with Alloy. I’ve been struggling to send large amounts of gold to a new company and was unsure if I had to go through all the hassle. However, I must say that dealing with Alloy was incredibly easy. I received my payment on the same day they received and verified my valuable.

I normally don’t take the time speak on…
I normally don’t take the time speak on amazing businesses and experiences. I would normally jut leave stars and continue on. How ever using alloy really was so convenient and easy they amount of time they saved me and the pay for my jewelry was higher than the Birmingham jewelry’s , pawn shops.. they will for ever be my go to. I made 2,000.00 no problems as soon as I got my offer I then went to my pay pal and not even 15 min after 5:00p.m I received the whole offer on my pay pal just like that. Thank you alloy !!!!

Easy to do
Easy to do. Received FedEx package to send my items in just as described. Received an offer within days of mailing and received payment in my account the next day. Very fair offer.

Very satisfied
If you are like me, you are feeling a little uneasy about mailing your gold through the mail to an otherwise stranger. I was but they stated that they will give you the best rate for your gold. I was getting offers from local dealers that to me sounded low. I decided to take the risk. They could not have been more transparent and communicated with me often about where things were in the process. Something I definitely appreciated being a naturally untrusting person.
