Easy install right out to the box. Green layed down good and ball rolled true. I placed the chipping mat behind the cups to gauge the rollout on putts which worked great. The chipping mat is a great added feature.

Customer service was exceptional!
Customer service was exceptional from Jason. There was an issue with the delivery company and Jason went over and above to help resolve and get my mat to me asap. I was pleasantly surprised by how much effort went in to making sure I was looked after.
Refreshing to see that service like this still exists and I can honestly say its the best service I've had in a long time.
Thank you Jason. I love the mat and an really enjoying using it for training and improvement. Its a game changer for me. The quality is top notch and the accessories are high quality too!

Fantastic putting mat with a very true roll
Fantastic putting mat with a very true and consistent roll. I’m extremely happy with the overall quality, especially the cups, features, and backboard. It feels well made and makes practicing at home both fun and realistic.
I also have a newborn son, and I can’t wait until he’s old enough to start enjoying it with me. Highly recommend the Chiputt putting mat!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review Vincent!
It means a lot to hear you're enjoying the Chiputt Mat, and overall quality have lived up to your expectations. We spent years refining those details to make home practice feel as close to a real green as possible.
And congratulations on your newborn! That part of your review really put a smile on my face. Chiputt was actually inspired by my own young son, with the hope that one day we'd be practicing together (although he's all in cars these days 🤦). I hope your little one will be rolling putts alongside you before you know it and making some great memories together!
Thank you again for your support, and welcome to the Chiputt family! ⛳️

Quality putting mat
I have been using the Chiputt mat for a little while. The quality of the mat is fantastic. The speed of the mat was a little slow at first, but once I got used to it it is fine. ( I believe the speed is around 10 on the stimp which is what the US Open greens at Shinnecock are running.) The ball rolls true. CS has been very helpful. I would definitely purchase again.

Thank you for the awesome review Mike! Glad to hear you're enjoying the quality and true roll of the mat.
The Chiputt Mat rolls at around a 10 on the Stimpmeter, which is right in the range many golfers will encounter on greens they actually play on. It's definitely slower than many putting mats that run at lightning-fast 11+ stimp, so a short adjustment period is completely normal. Once dialed in, you'll find the speed and roll are designed to deliver a more realistic on-course putting experience!
We truly appreciate your support and your kind words about our customer service. Enjoy the practice, and thanks for being part of the Chiputt family! ⛳️

Not a cheap alternative to the "premium" mat.
I've had an excellent experience with Chiputt. The CEO helped me out a ton, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
Before ordering, I was worried I might be compromising on quality, but what I received was exactly what I was looking for. The practice quality is outstanding, and the overall aesthetic is clean enough to fit in an office or home setting without looking tacky.
The green is heavy, thick, and sturdy, just like the more expensive “premium” options I was comparing it to. There is no cheap feeling to any part of it. The roll is true and consistent, and based on my experience, it feels like it plays around a 10 on the stimpmeter.
It’s also clear that Chiputt has made meaningful improvements from previous versions. The distance markers, wooden backstop, seamless connection between the chipping strip and the main green, cups, and heavy speed ramp all add to the overall quality. Nothing feels like an afterthought, and nothing looks or feels cheap.
I spent a lot of time deciding between Chiputt and a couple of other similar options. In the end, I saved money by not paying for the more expensive “premium” brand, and after seeing that option in person, I can confidently say there is no trade-off in quality.
I’m leaving this review because the communication was excellent, but more importantly, because I know how hard this decision can be. I was in the “buy once, cry once” mindset, but Chiputt gave me the quality I wanted without having to overpay. I’m very happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it.
I am currently going through a remodel and wavered on the size of the surface options. Jason changed my order after it had already been processed and even went through the details of all of the improved specs of the new mats. Great customer service and feedback. I'm sold.

Wow, thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and detailed review Mike!
Reading reviews like this makes all the late nights, product revisions, and obsessive attention to detail worthwhile. What stood out most to me is that you were exactly the type of golfer we built Chiputt for — someone who did the research, compared all the options, and wanted to make a true "buy once, cry once" purchase.
From the beginning, our goal was never to create a cheap alternative. It was to build a premium practice experience that could stand on its own merits, both in performance and aesthetics, without golfers feeling like they had to overpay for a brand name. Hearing that you found no trade-off in quality compared to the options you were considering means a lot.
I'm also glad the improvements didn't go unnoticed. Every update, from the cups to the distance markers, backstop, and seamless chipping integration, came directly from listening to customer feedback and continuously refining the product over the last couple of years.
Thank you as well for your patience while we worked through the size change and inventory situation. I'm thrilled we landed on the right setup for your remodel, and even more excited that it's living up to expectations!
Enjoy the setup, keep rolling them pure, and thank you again for trusting Chiputt. Reviews like yours help other golfers make a confident decision, and I truly appreciate the support! ⛳️🙏
