I just love the quality of the items from the company store. I got some really nice cotton PJ’s and the cotton is awesome. I highly recommend their products.

The product was very good, well made and it is hard to find warm pajamas with pockets, I would love some that are not just Christmas design. I'm cold 6 months of the year. Would also like some softer as well

Hi. We’re so glad to hear that you found the pajamas well made and appreciate the warmth and the addition of pockets, which we know can be hard to find. Thank you as well for sharing your suggestion about offering more non-seasonal designs and even softer options, as feedback like this is extremely valuable to our product team. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you’d like to see, and we’re happy to hear our pajamas are helping keep you comfortable during the colder months.

Lately everything I've bought from this company is made in India, a shower curtain and now sheets, and that means their products STINK. And Indian products are poorly made, although they come from Company Store at high end prices, and washing it repeatedly to get the stink out will shrink your sheets and they won't fit your mattress. Their return policy is pretty good but who wants to pay for products that stink right out the package and now you have to keep an eye out every day for your refund? So I returned these and bought high end sheets from another company that are made in Portugal and do not have that smell.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how unpleasant it can be to notice an odor upon opening a new item, especially when you have high expectations for quality. New products may sometimes have a slight scent when first removed from their packaging, which is normal and typically related to natural materials and protective packing used during transit. We recommend laundering items prior to use according to the care instructions, as this usually helps refresh the product and release any packaging-related odors. We also regret that this experience has impacted your confidence in our products, and your feedback is important as we continue to evaluate materials, manufacturing, and overall quality to meet the standards our customers expect. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.
