The cover to the pillow arrived much earlier than expected, and It is beautiful. However, given that one has to buy the pillow itself separately, it is really expensive.

Have several quilts, from several different years, from The Company Store and am so happy with each and every one of them! The quality, size, and durability of each is superb! Same for the towels and rugs. GREAT COMPANY.

Love these sheets. Will be ordering more in other colors. Washing the ones I just received and I can’t wait to put them on.

my order was originally ordered on 11/25/25, not as my invoice states, 12/11. I have had several communications about this order, the last one probably being 12/11 since the pillows appeared on my doorstep today !! YAY ! The first delivery date I received was 12/16, OK in time for Christmas ! The second communication said 02/15/2026. I said that I was very disappointed, that I had ordered in November hoping for Christmas receipt. And MAGIC ! they appeared on my doorstep this morning! Something fishy going on with communication, and I DON'T mean mine !! P.S. I don't order queen size which I have before...they are too big for the bed even though the bed is queen.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience regarding your order, and we completely understand how frustrating inconsistent communications can be. Typically, we allow our warehouse 1–2 business days to fulfill orders, but during the holiday season, our volume is much higher, which can sometimes result in longer processing and shipping times. We truly appreciate your patience as our team works as quickly as possible to fulfill and deliver orders, and we’re glad to hear your pillows have arrived safely. Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and shipping processes.
