Jacob from Designocracy did an amazing job understanding what I needed for my website. He shared his ideas with me to make my product easy to understand and function effectively- demonstrating a high level of care and professionalism. His team would make any changes I needed very promptly and the end result is a wonderful website that I am able to make changes to when needed. I highly recommend Designocracy.
Frustrated
Disappointed with the communication and the attention to detail. They did deliver an updated site, but the first iteration had zero creative design. In fact one page was simply the copy I provided, pasted onto the page. I had to chase them EVERY step of the way. It was exhausting. My main request was that the site load speed be improved, but the final site is now slower to load than when we started! I gave up on chasing them and just hired another freelancer to clean it up.

I’m going to be completely straight up. I got referred to him and this man has been by far the best I’ve worked with for getting logos. I’ve had 2 logos done with him and he’s super professional, has great communication, great skills, he’s passionate about what he does and that tells a lot about how he works… if you’re not sure something, he fixes it and doesn’t complain. Dude is the real deal and I’ll recommend him to anyone, he’s got my business from here on

Travis took over editing my website after I was having a difficult time with someone else. His communication is great, and he always did the edits in a very timely manner. I loved working with him so much he's now designing my coded email signature for me. Travis at Designocracy is my go to guy from now on!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had from a customer service perspective. A project that was supposed to have taken six days extended to two months. The questionnaire I complete was not reviewed to fulfil my request and I finally let them go with my mobile site not being completed to my satisfaction. Jacob was great from a sales perspective but Farhan couldn’t deliver. Considering their professional logo, they’re great sales pitch, and their professional looking questionnaire m, there’s no way I could’ve known that they were inexperienced with wix revisions. Once the contract was signed and they were paid, the told me wix doesn’t allow for customization (this is false after confirming with wix), fonts cannot be customized (also false – I actually had to show them how to upload a customized font) and they said simple shapes from a selected template couldn’t be deleted as it was part of the template (false - It’s as easy as selecting the shape and hitting the delete button). I paid $1100 Canadian for this and will be paying another $500 to fix it to my site. Over 42 emails and this was the experience. I’m still mind blown. Your response is so far from accurate.

Hello Jennifer, We are sorry for your experience but what you shared in your review is just a one-sided story. You paid $1100 CAD for 1 website but made us develop 2 entirely different websites for the same business. You hired us to design a new website based on WIX. Our team made a custom design, had it approved by you, developed it and then deployed it on your Wix account - After the deployment you said you don't like the website and would like to change it to a pre-made theme you liked, Even though it is against the policy of any business in this industry, We still went ahead and started the project from scratch. You then kept on sending lists of changes every now and then and completely changed the design of the theme too making it another custom website. Our team made all the changes and respected your requests (The last bit of requested changes were deployed today) but you were never happy with anything. Every time a timeline of working days was committed to you, You kept counting the weekends too. On top of that you were extreme rude and disrecptful towards our team which is absolutely unacceptable for us as a company. Every thing was done according to your requests on both websites including fonts, designs, backgrounds, animations, responsiveness, etc and we keep a record of everything but would be happy to provide it to anyone that would like to see it. We take pride in our work and respect our customers, We are always happy to make any amendments without a charge which is why we have a long list of extremely happy customers. If someone doesn't know what are they looking for and keep changing their minds, Expecting us to keep working on their business for months for free - That is just not possible. We don't mind your review but it is very important to share both sides of stories. Thank you.
