We appreciate the feedback! However, we're a little confused by this one, as we've made our Discord community easily accessible through multiple locations. We have clearly visible Discord links on our main website, inside the trader dashboard, and throughout our FAQ and Help Center. We've intentionally placed them in several locations so traders can easily find and join the community. We're always open to improving accessibility, but we're genuinely not sure where else we could make the link more visible. If there's a specific area where you had difficulty finding it, we'd be happy to hear your suggestion. Thanks for being part of The Edge Funder!

Appreciate the feedback! We’re glad you’re enjoying the TradingView integration and being able to get in and out of trades quickly. Just to clarify, the $1,500 max loss on that account is the total amount available before the account is closed. That risk limit is part of the account structure and is provided before purchase. We appreciate you giving The Edge Funder a try and calling us a great place to start. Keep learning, managing that risk, and building consistency!

We definitely understand this one. Trading from a phone while working a 9 to 5 already comes with its challenges, and having to reconnect when switching between pages can make catching an entry even harder. We appreciate you pointing it out. Making the mobile experience smoother is something we can continue improving as the platform develops. We definitely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're already in an active trade. Just to clarify, the trading software and connection infrastructure are provided by third party platform providers and are not operated by The Edge Funder directly. We provide the funded account, but we don't control platform freezes, connection interruptions, or software outages. That said, we absolutely pass issues like this along to our platform partners so they can investigate and improve reliability. If it happens again, please send our support team the time of the issue and any screenshots so we can escalate it properly. And hopefully we can keep “God take the wheel” moments to a minimum

You definitely understand why we created the No Max Loss account in the first place. Traditional drawdowns can be extremely difficult, especially for newer traders who are still developing consistency. That's exactly why we introduced our No Max Loss accounts and became the first futures prop firm to offer this type of structure. We appreciate the feedback and the kind words about the company. Thank you for your feedback, but several statements in this review are simply incorrect. When an account is reset, it is reset to a brand-new account according to the reset policy. Nothing is intentionally left behind. If you were referring to information displayed on the dashboard, please note that certain dashboard metrics update during scheduled synchronization in the evening rather than instantly, which can temporarily make it appear as though changes have not yet been applied. Regarding the subscription cycle, those terms are also disclosed before purchase and are specific to the account type selected. We encourage all traders to review the account rules and FAQs before purchasing so there are no surprises. We appreciate constructive feedback, but it's important that reviews accurately reflect how the platform actually functions rather than assumptions based on dashboard timing or misunderstandings of the reset process.
