Executive AdvertisingReviews of theexecutiveadvertising.com

Really great service provided! My emails were responded to immediately, I was kept updated at every stage of the process, the items were high quality and exactly what was shown on the website plus the lead time to send to the UK was quicker than most UK based companies I had contacted!! Really great experience with this company, highly recommend!

Thank you for your fast and courtesy service.

I had trouble with the website (probably user error) so I called. I spoke to a delightful lady that helped me place my order. 5 days later it arrived. Couldn't have been easier and the prices was great. The product quality was exactly what I expected and the printing on the product was perfect. Nice job.

The product purchased was exactly what I expected and the art team designed an amazing company logo but my order was shipped incomplete. Jenna, the service rep assisting me, was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. Other than the shipping issue, I'm very satisfied!!!!

Ordering hundreds of custom embroidered polos for our company seemed like a daunting task at first, until I found The Executive Advertising. After weeks of nothing but the most professional and helpful customer service by Jenna to ensure our company would get the quality products we wanted, The Executive Advertising surpassed all of our expectations! Not only did Jenna answer all of our questions quickly and take care of our entire order from the early stages of looking for a company we wanted to order with to the day our shirts were delivered, but Ashley and the Art Department helped prove that they were more than capable of the job by getting us the samples we needed. When the shirts arrived, we were blown away by their quality, as they looked even better than the samples, and our team is loving wearing them around our office and our territory. I will definitely be returning to The Executive Advertising for all of our custom branding needs.

I ordered Save The Date wedding magnets, and they turned out better than i could have hoped! Keep up the FANTASTIC work :)

I recently ordered straw tumblers for a promotion at my church from a EA competitor. The tumblers were made of a stronger material, which meant they were more expensive but the company did not offer other options. When I received the printed product they were scratched all over. I was so disappointed. When I tried to get replacement lids from the company they delayed their response several times, so I was forced to use the scratched lids. Then I had to just recycle many of the replacement lids that they finally sent because I had distributed the product. The EA offered three or four different varieties of tumbler, and I was able to select a material that better fit my needs. Although I deliberately selected a less expensive model of tumbler they arrived in pristine condition. My church's logo was placed in exactly the manner promised. I was delighted to receive a product that I was proud to distribute.

We were so pleased with the promotional wayfarer sunglasses. Every aspect of the design, order and shipping process was so simple and flawless! After working with other promotional companies that ended with disaster, TEA gets two thumbs up! Great product, service and experience. If you want the best in promotional products, look no further than TEA!
