Any merchant who only accepts PayPal looks dodgy. if none of the credit or debit card companies will do business with you it is not a good look. It took a long time for my order to arrive. I gave up on it ever coming and wrote it off as a scam. But the product did finally arrive and it looks legit. I give it three stars because they did eventually come through.

thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern — due to the current shortage of antibiotics, our prices reflect the increased cost of sourcing authentic and high-quality products. However, we always want to take care of our customers. Please reach out to us before your next order, and we’ll be happy to offer you a coupon code or special discount. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Update review: received order today 3/24, ordered 3/8. No response until I posted the original review below. They then provided a tracking number and asked me to remove the review. This was not my only issue. The below also created skepticism across the board for me. They said they had a new warehouse and would update their site, no comment on the non-working number. Also no comment on where the new warehouse actually is. Yet, my product arrived and it was shipped from Country Side Pet Supplies in West Plains, MO. I asked for third party testing because of the created skepticism. Said they could provide that information. Never received… also said they couldn’t disclose certain things due to adherence to strict FDA regulations… after researching, the FDA does not regulate or approve this. They said they are manufactured in the USA. My products are branded with “aqua soma labs”. That is in Australia. The lack of transparency is my issue. However, they have offered a refund with each communication. Since I did receive the order 16 days later as well as the refund offer, I will bump from a one star to a three star. Original review: Never received order. Placed a contact request in their site and no response. Called the number on the site and it is “not a working number” and the bi googled the address listed and it’s an empty building with “for lease” signs on a old out of business for office supplies.
