The company's follow up and professionalism was great. The best thing for me was the delivery. It was very timely and the delivery company was very helpful.

Messaged about a miscommunication with their labeling of my order, it was changed after the message but no response at all. Then it sat in the next status and when i messaged about that i got no response. Now the bar i ordered (not their fault) is different than the powerblock i have and have inquired about return/swapping it to also no response.
