This is a great tool to have. Apply the process and stay diligent. It's all new until it no longer is. The mentors and system put in place are extremely helpful.

I cannot rave enough of how awesome is the program. The courses are easy to follow, community engagement is strongly encouraged, as are the accountability calls to ensure you're ok and on track. I must say the people I've met thus far, are super welcoming and in the ready to assist. In a very short amount of time, I've learned more than any other RE program.

Deceptive marketing and impossible promises Flip Secrets Master Class was extremely misleading. They advertise a 14-day money-back guarantee, but when I tried to use it, I was pressured into multiple phone calls with their team where I was coerced into staying instead of being refunded. The “guarantee” is not honored in good faith. They also express that you’ll be able to pay for their outrageously expensive course with your first deal. That never happened. I completed the entire program, sent hundreds of offers, followed everything they instructed step by step, and produced zero deals. Despite doing the work exactly as taught, I ended up with nothing to show for it except debt. I have paid $9,000 so far, used their recommended financing, and still owe $12,000 on what is supposedly a $15,000 course. The financial burden has been significant, and the results were nonexistent. This program overpromises, underdelivers, and uses high-pressure sales tactics to keep people locked in. If you’re considering this course, be very careful. I strongly recommend staying away.

Hi Skyler, thank you for sharing your experience. At the time you enrolled in June 2023, the program included a 14-day refund window. You did contact us within that timeframe to explore cancellation. During that conversation, a refund was available to you, and you ultimately chose to remain enrolled and continue in the program. Throughout your enrollment, you had access to the full training curriculum, coaching calls, and community support. Even after your initial service term concluded, we extended additional live mentor access to help you continue working through obstacles. We do not guarantee that a first deal will pay off program costs, and we make no income or earnings claims. The program provides education and mentorship, but outcomes depend on effort, execution, and deal selection. Financing arrangements are handled and serviced by independent third-party providers. Once a financing agreement is executed, we do not have the ability to modify, cancel, or adjust those loan terms. Any remaining balance or servicing questions must be addressed directly with the lender. We understand that circumstances can change and financial pressure can feel overwhelming. While we are beyond the refund timeframe outlined in the enrollment agreement, we remain open to supporting you should you decide to reengage with the process. We wish you the best moving forward.

The lessons are very detailed and you are assigned a coach that answers all your questions on a weekly call and you can reach out at anytime. In addition, there is a support email address and at the end of some questions, it is a reminder that you can email if you need assistance. I am learning a lot and very grateful to be part of the Flip family.

Great Program. Not like one of those bs ones out there. Complete A-Z mentorship. Teaches you everything you need to start flipping houses, either local to you or remote. Teaches Analyzing numbers, getting your deals funded with 100% Other People's Money, handling the rehab, etc... 1on1 Accountability calls to make sure I'm doing what I need to be doing and live mentor coaching calls multiple times a week to get my questions answered and for additional help. Would definitely recommend if you're trying to fast-track this journey.
