Without a doubt Flip Secrets is one of the best ways you could chose to invest in yourself. The program videos give an excellent breakdown of the business of flipping houses,but the true value comes in it's community. The group calls and personal coaching is invaluable to your journey and will serve you well for as long as you are a part of the flip family. This will change your life for the better.

The two major selling points of this program for me were that it required 5-10 hours per week and there was a 60-day guarantee if all Masterclass content was consumed, daily offers were made after going through the “Making The Offer” module of the content (at least 5 offers per week for 30 offers total), all Masterclass homework was done, at least 80% of group coaching calls are attended, 100% of all Accountability calls were attended, and actively participates in the private network. However, in order to complete this, it takes more than 20 hours per week several weeks of the program. The company uses false advertising and are extremely difficult to work with. The “masterclass” videos are really poor quality. This is a scam. ———————————————————- Response to merchant below: I’m honestly quite shocked you’re continuing to publicly share false information and completely fabricate the occurrence of an “off-boarding” call which never occurred. The 5-10 hour per week commitment for the program is incorrect and misleading. It requires much more time than this – more than 20 hours per week some weeks. This was not my first attempt to resolve this in a way desirable to both you and I. Unfortunately your lack of cooperation and communication has prevented this. Your disregard for consumer rights, false advertising practices, poor customer service, and the quality of your videos deserve less than one star. Blessings.

As communicated before, and as verified, the masterclass content takes an average of 6 hours per week to get through for the first 5 weeks of being in our mentorship program. Blessings, see below: Hi Sarah, it’s unfortunate to see you write these words as many things you wrote are simply not true and some are actually slanderous. I’ll address each of your complaints directly. As far as the quality of the content and coaching: there are an overwhelming amount of 5 star reviews here on trustpilot that say otherwise. When our students take action, they get results. This is not a “done for you” program, this is education and professional support to have experts hold your hand through the process and make sure the actions you’re taking will be fruitful. But we can’t do the work for our students and we’re very clear about this. In reference to alleged “fraudulent methods” and “deceptive advertising” this is where slander exists in your review, everything we do and teach is above board, compliant with State and Federal law based on the guidance received from our legal team. As far as the content, all of the daily masterclass trainings average 51m long so yes, simple math comes out to 6 hours per week. That combined with your one on one accountability calls and attending a couple coaching calls per week comes out to 10 hours. In reference to your refund request: We got on a recorded off-boarding call with you to get feedback for potential improvements to our program and then you decided on that recorded call that you were just feeling scared and that you felt you needed to do this so instead of refunding you, we allowed you to continue with the program at that time. Now, after 3 months in the program where you’ve been active on many of the weekly coaching calls and happy with the support you received based on what you shared with your coach, you decided to post this review. In conclusion: even now, you’re welcome to reach out to us directly so we can find a win / win solution for you as it’s our intention that everyone we serve would have an excellent experience with Flip Secrets, however, writing reviews with slander is probably not the best first step towards finding that solution so there’d need to be some changes there first. Jake has done a great job creating this community. He made real estate investment simple and easy to understand. I've always wanted to invest in real estate but didn't know where to begin. Flip Secret gave me the step by step on how to start and where to find the resources. More importantly, the weekly call and member support is very useful.

I have really enjoyed the program so far. The coaches have been great. Very helpful with every question and challenge I have had. Eduardo is also an amazing motivator and gives me real solutions to issues I have come across. He as been extremely informative and helpful. I also would mention Burke who has also been very helpful helping me navigate the OPM process.. Great work Team!!!

Jake’s program makes it very simple to learn all the steps of fixing and flipping and provides great videos and examples every step of the way to keep you motivated and engaged I highly recommend it

Great course and tons of valuable connections through other investors, agents, and lenders. The only thing this course lacks it the key to actually investing without any of your own money, finding a gap lender. Although the course has gap lenders most don’t have cash available and thus this can create a headache. I recommend this course and it helped reinforce my real estate career as I’ve been buying rentals for 5 years and a flipper for 1 year.
