I did purchased a software xpand2 in your company and it never work, and I been asking the company to make the software work. You are not doing not think. After asking you to give the right product in and back for talking, you finally block me for any other conversation. I believe the Fx chain is just a SCAME. I’m asking to everyone to go some where else if you want to purchase a software. FX CHAIN COMPANY is just a SCAM and scammer company. Do not give away your money as I did.

I purchased the RX 11 Standard crossgrade and was initially worried because I didn’t receive the license code immediately, even though the website mentioned “instant delivery.” After reaching out via email, I received a reply the same weekend confirming that it was a manual delivery (and a crossgrade license), which I hadn’t realized. I confirmed my eligibility, and they followed through and delivered the license shortly after. While I do wish the website had been clearer about the crossgrade terms and delivery not being instant, I appreciate that they did respond and help me over the weekend, which is rare for plugin resellers. In the end, I got what I paid for and everything installed and activated successfully. Just make sure you check whether it’s a crossgrade before purchasing. ✅ Would consider buying again, now that I understand how they operate.
