Hi Sarah! We're sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our customer service. We do not keep credit cards on file unless you sign up with a monthly subscription. We charge and ship out monthly, so the ship date is 30 days from your first order that initiated the subscription. When customers email or call in to have their subscription canceled, we will cancel your subscription; however, if you place an order later with the autoship price the system will create a subscription on your account again. We have a 30-day return policy, if customers do not want the product they can return it for a refund. We would like more details about your account so that we can look further into this issue and see what we need to improve on to prevent this from happening again in the future. You stated that you were on hold for 45 minutes and never received a callback, our team is very good about reaching back out to the customer, so we would like more details on this. Again, we do apologize for any issues this has caused you. We do request that you send an email to [email protected] with details of your experience so that we can investigate!

Hi Serena! We back our high-quality products with a 30-day unconditional empty-bottle money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a full refund (less return shipping), which is issued back to the original payment method used. When using zeolite for the first time, detoxing the initial heavy metal load can take some time. Some folks notice a difference right away, for some, it takes a few weeks, while others never notice a difference (although, some folks notice a difference after they stop taking the product...and realize it was working for them and start taking it again). Not noticing a difference right away or at all doesn't mean the zeolite isn't working; everyone is different and feels different effects from a detox. Do not hesitate to contact support if you have any questions! Thank you for shopping with us!

Hi! We are sorry to hear that you are not feeling well! The zeolite Clinoptilolite has been granted GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status by the Food and Drug Administration. Since zeolites will attract water to facilitate the detoxification process, adequate filtered water intake is suggested (8 to 10 glasses a day). If any signs of dehydration do appear (headaches, tiredness), increase your water intake and reduce your zeolite intake for that day. We do not have any research or studies showing if zeolite can cause your muscles to tighten, so we are unable to provide more details about that. The body’s main detoxification organs are the liver and kidneys. While the body is going through detoxification, it’s essential to support your immune system by nourishing your body with antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables and exercise. Typically, with detoxification protocols, it can be expected to experience a Herxheimer reaction or “healing crisis” whereby you may experience worsening symptoms for a short period before feeling relief. Herxheimer symptoms may include: Headache Nausea Upset stomach Brain fog Fatigue However, because the zeolite clinoptilolite captures and holds heavy metals and toxins within its crystalline structure, a detox reaction is less likely to occur, since the toxins do not come in contact with the body’s systems as they are removed. This makes zeolite a far more gentle and preferred detoxification method compared to any other method. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and we hope you feel better!
