Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that cost is an important factor, and we'd like to share some context on how our pricing works. The cost of of a Lease Guarantee policy is based on several factors, including the amount of coverage required by the property, information provided in the application by both the leaseholder(s) and the property, and the rate filing we're legally required to follow. It's also worth noting that TheGuarantors doesn't decide whether a Lease Guarantee is required. That decision is made by the property as part of its own approval criteria. Our goal is never to add a burden, but to give renters a path to the apartment they want when they might not otherwise qualify. If you have questions about your specific pricing, our support team is available seven days a week by phone, email, SMS, or self-service chat.
