Where it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Love the food for my dog. I finally feel I am giving her the best food around. No more heated dog food that give no nutrients to the dog. Thank you for caring Carole Maldonado

Our 5 and 6 year old Border Collies absolutely LOVE Happy Howl! They wait patiently - well - almost patiently for us to mix their kibble with the HH and they run to their bowls and sit and wait to be "served"!!

We love hearing this so much! Border Collies are way too smart to trick, so knowing that they run to their bowls and eagerly wait for that Happy Howl mix-in is the highest praise ever! Thank you for sharing the love, and give both of your sweet, meal-obsessed kiddos a huge scratch behind the ears from the whole Happy Howl team!

You gave me less than ONE days notice you were sending an "autoship" I thought I had cancelled. I saw the email and responded within an hour saying it should be cancelled. Your AI response was that it would send my request to a human. I went to the site and cancelled it myself, but you claimed you had already shipped it! I got the 'order shipped' notice that evening. Subsequent communications were the OPPOSITE of helpful. Please leave me alone, every time you contact me it reminds me of how pissed I am.

Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to clarify how our order and cancellation process works. Four days prior to fulfilling and shipping an order, we send an upcoming order email to allow time for any changes or cancellations. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be stopped or refunded, as stated in our policy. Because the cancellation was not submitted during the designated window, this order has already been processed for shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to stop the shipment or issue a refund at this stage. We do not accept returns on food due to safety and freshness standards. Once food leaves our hands, we can’t resell or reuse it to ensure every pup gets the highest-quality, untouched meals. We recommend donating to a local shelter. We truly appreciate your understanding. For future orders, you can adjust your subscription or cancel within the upcoming order window to ensure everything meets your needs. You can also sign up to receive text regarding your upcoming order.
