Received multiple dead fish apon arrival, 6 more died within the 1st week

That said, we do want to clarify that we stayed in constant communication with you via both text and email throughout the process. As soon as you provided photo proof, we issued a refund for those fish in accordance with our Live Arrival Guarantee. We made every effort to respond promptly, answer your questions, and work toward a fair resolution. Losses that occur days after arrival can often be related to factors outside of shipping, such as acclimation, tank conditions, or equipment issues, which is why we always encourage customers to reach out right away so we can help troubleshoot. We always aim to provide both healthy fish and responsive support, and we stand by the assistance we provided in this case.
