The first order of koi fish was ok. The next order, butterfly koi was sent out; I am sure that it was because they were out of stork. Because sanke koi fish does not have long fins or long tails, unless they are butterfly koi. The order was pass due, so I call and ask how long it will be before the order will be shipped. You told me you will get right back with me. Then I notice that the order had been shipped. We both know why the order was shipped out so fast don't we. First off, the fish don't look anything like the picture on your page, I understand that they wasn't going look just like the koi fish on your page. But like I said I was ok with the order. But I must tell the truth about the next order that was shipped out. You shipped out anything that were on hand. And I feel very scammed out of my money. You tried to make me believe that the butterfly koi were regular koi fish which isn't true. When comparing regular sanke koi fish to butterfly koi fish, it's important to note that regular sanke koi fish are known for their robust and streamlined bodies, while butterfly fish have long flowing fins that resemble butterfly wings. We can do better. Mr. Harvey Wells.

Hi Mr. Wells, Thank you for taking the time to share all of this — we truly appreciate you explaining your concerns. We’re very sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your second order, and we definitely want to take a closer look at what you received so we can make this right for you. Just to clarify, we never substitute fish without confirming with the customer first, so we’d really like to understand exactly what arrived on your end. When you have a moment, could you please send us a clear picture or a short video of the koi you received? That will help us see their fins, body shape, and markings and determine what happened with this shipment. We absolutely want you to feel confident ordering from us, and your feedback matters. Once we see the photos, we’ll be able to move forward with the best solution. Thank you again for reaching out, and we look forward to your pictures or video so we can help.
