I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I've run into a serious issue with my aquarium. All the fish have died. Yes, all of them. I've never had any issues before, in fact, I've bought several batches in the past and everything was dandy. However, this time, I noticed one of them died the first night. At first, I considered it a mere mishap, as it occasionally happens. However, in the next few days, the toll rose, and eventually, they all died overnight. I'm now second guessing - I think one of the fish was a sick fish that might have infected the entire tank.

Update: Dear iFishstore Customer Service, I am writing to sincerely apologize for an error in my recent feedback regarding my discus fish orders. Upon reflection, I realize that I mistakenly posted feedback meant for another online store with a very similar name. This was not my intention, and I deeply regret any confusion this may have caused. I want to take this opportunity to express my genuine satisfaction with my orders from iFishstore. The packaging, delivery, and the health of the discus fish were all exceptional, and I am very pleased with the level of care and quality that your team delivers. Thank you for your understanding, and again, my sincerest apologies for the mix-up. ———— The review was meant for somethingsphishy: Unfortunately had several issues with my delivery. The most concerning problem was that one of the fish arrived dead, which is unacceptable for a live animal shipment. The water quality was poor, with an unpleasant odor that indicated potential problems. Even more concerning was the extremely low water level in the bags, which likely stressed the surviving fish during transport. While the store did offer a refund, it doesn't compensate for the poor treatment of these animals. The shipping conditions were inadequate for live creatures, and as someone who cares about animal welfare, I found this very disturbing.

We take the care and welfare of our fish extremely seriously, both in our facility and throughout our packing and shipping process. At our facility, each fish is carefully monitored in both inventory and quarantine tanks, where we maintain strict standards for water quality, health, and environmental conditions. When our fish are selected for shipment, we quarantine them to inspect them for any health issues and they are not fed in that period of time so that they will not deposit a great deal of waist in the packaging bag within the 24 hours or less that they spend in the that bag during overnight shipment. We understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident that their fish arrive safely and in the best possible health, and we’re continually refining our shipping methods to minimize stress and ensure adequate water levels. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our standards, and we’re deeply committed to making sure your concerns are fully addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for caring so deeply about the welfare of these fish. Regarding your recent experience, we’d appreciate further communication to understand more about the specific water condition and levels in the affected bag. We’d also like to know if the bag showed sign of leakage during shipment. This will help us investigate and identify any issues that may have occurred in packing or transit. Amazing!!!!! I have ordered twice now and have had absolutely no issues!!!! The fish come well packaged with detailed instructions to acclimate them to their new home!!!!!!

Great quality fish. My delivery came earlier than expected. I was out of town so the fish sat in my mail room for a few days but surprisingly survived. The cichlids have amazing color for their size. This is the only store i’ll be ordering from now on thanks!
