If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Jersey Flights was frustrating, manipulative, and borderline unethical. I initially contacted them with a simple question: How much is luggage? Instead of answering directly, the agent repeatedly tried to upsell me on more expensive tickets that didn’t even match my travel dates or times. I had to repeat my travel details five separate times, and still got the runaround like he was working off some upsell quota. It felt like a scammy sales pitch, not customer service. I finally purchased the ticket—on my own terms—and received a call afterward confirming my seat choice. That’s when they finally gave me the baggage prices. I said I’d purchase later, and was told my confirmations would be emailed that day. Nearly a week went by with no email. When I followed up, they claimed Southwest had no seats on my flight anymore—then tried to push me onto a more expensive flight that also didn’t align with my original timeline. Convenient, right? It honestly feels like if you don’t play along with their upsell games, they sabotage your reservation on purpose. There’s no accountability, no transparency, and zero regard for the customer’s time or money. Avoid Jersey Flights at all costs. RUN.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. GAVE ONE PRICE TOOK CC INFO THEN CHARGED ME THREE TIMES THE PRICE. I CANCELED IMMEDIATELY BUT THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED AND CAN'T GET THEM TO RESPOND LET ALONE REFUND. FURTHER: IF TRUST PILOT IS SAYING THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY THAN TRUSTPILOT ISN'T WORTH TWO CENTS.

I can’t thank Mark enough for helping me and all my family not only find a great deal but also making sure we were all on the same fight. Mark frequently stayed in touch with us.
