The survey is sent before the product…
The survey is sent before the product is delivered. Shipping seems a little slow.

Thank you for your feedback! We set the survey up to only send after delivery, but looking at your order it seems like this was a strange exception where Shopify is listing this as delivered but UPS is saying it is delayed until Friday the 14th. I apologize for the inconvenience here and we will look into fixing the systems miscommunication.

Communication is not great and shipping has been slow.

Illegal-looking shipping
The product was good, but the shipping bag bore the name of a company different from The Latest Drop. This conjures up images of a fly-by-night operation that may or may not be shipping legally.

Hi David, thank you for your review! I can confirm that 100% of our inventory is sourced from authorized distributors of the brands we carry and everything is legally sold. The low prices are a result of us opportunistically sourcing closeout deals as these distributors want to clear out inventory, similar to how companies like TJ Maxx operate. As for the packaging, our logistics partners are supposed to be using generic white bags (cheaper than branded bags to further keep costs low), but I apologize if that didn’t happen. The site is real and not a scam as feared
Bought a pair of hiking boots at a good price. Didn’t receive a confirmation email and started to panic, that maybe it was a scam site. The signs weren’t good when I started looking at reviews. I was delighted to get a response from customer service and they emailed me the confirmation. Next problem was the delivery, when the date passed and the next for delivery and no email, I worried again as I never got a email saying they had even been posted. Again customer service said they had been posted and delivered to a collection point. Not what I asked for. All in all, the boots are great, but there’s something wrong with their emailing with customers. I hope a they sort it out as the price was very good.
