Austin Parker was a huge help. We are in the middle of a R&D project and it's nice working with a vendor that takes time to understand what we need and on top of that, super fast turnaround. Thank you so much for all your insight Austin.

Ordered through Kevin who was a great help. Couldn't recommend Kevin and the design team enough. They helped deliver a design that we was looking for and made the whole experience effortless. 5*

Nancy Hawkins has been excellent help throughout the whole process for designing my boxes. She communicated all around and throughout the draft design process until the final approval and delivery. I look forward to working with Nancy and the team again in the near future for my packaging requirements.

Outstanding Printing Experience! I recently used the printing service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The vibrancy of the colors exceeded my expectations, bringing my projects to life in an impressive way. Printing times were fast and efficient, which was crucial in meeting our deadlines. The printing team demonstrated exceptional clarity and infinite patience in addressing all my concerns and requirements. Their willingness to listen and understand my needs made the process seamless and entirely satisfying. What truly impressed me was how easily we coordinated all logistics from Colombia to print in Los Angeles. Smooth communication and effective logistical management made the entire process transparent and successful. The printing service not only provided security in execution but also ensured exceptional quality in every project. I am delighted with the results, and without a doubt, I will print with them again for future projects. I highly recommend this service to those seeking not only printed results but also security and quality for their creative projects. A truly outstanding experience!

Adam is a true example of excellence in customer service! He was VERY service oriented in area that matters THE MOST,ANNND, developed & delivered very high quality product!

I received very poor quality prints, mismatched colours for the same designs, uneven background design across all 3,300 prints, embossing totally off, some free sand, uneven prints, glue on outside of boxes, text not clear to say the least. 74% of production was defective. Adam agreed to a reprint which was of worse quality and 90% of this reprint was defective. They also post fake reviews on Google, I have emails with Adam Millar confronting him of this and him admitting it was their social team and removed them. Was hit with a VAT and Customs bill which they agreed to refund, but not have done so. Will be claiming a Section 75 refund and taking them to the small claims court for the VAT and Customs bill which was never refunded. Save you your sanity, time and most importantly keep you on track with your schedule by going elsewhere. Full Review to follow on Google with images.

Austin was attentive and helpful during all stages of the retail box development from initial quotes, through dimensional changes, to the final purchase of over ten styles. The complicated little boxes that they produced work fine for the product line.

I dealt with Kevin. I sent him my requirement clearly with pictures. He gave me a quote, I made the payment upfront. He sent me the samples as per the requirement. There were minor changes, for which I was charged extra, also acceptable. The production delivery received was not as per the samples, discussion or requirement. After the goods were delivered, I sent Kevin an email and conveyed my concern. He responded saying, our requirement "looks weird" and as per the production rules couldn't be carried out. I was greatly surprised by his response. And I just couldn't understand, how did they manage to supply the samples to this "looks weird" request in the first place. How was this was not communicated prior to accepting the order. Kevin, to his defence sent me a copy of the artwork. He offered to send me double sided tape as a compensation, assuming, I'll be a returning as a customer. I feel cheated and The Legacy Printing needs to accept the responsibility of their mistake and refund me for the price they have charged me for accepting the order as per my request or take the goods back and send me replacement.
