Great guest experience
I've been in contact with Gizelle Rondero since booking our trip. She has been most helpful with her advice on what is required for our ski trip as well as providing recommendations for dining. I felt that the whole experience was seamless and I'm glad that she was easy to contact for any information.

Jessy help me a lot
Jessy help me a lot, thanks for her help I got bookings ready on time for my experiences. Other facilities are just okay, the room is good, but overall linkage among resorts are weaker, separated.

Dear Fai Thanks for your review and glad to hear Jessy supported you a lot! Sorry to hear about the resort linkage, it is an underground connection but it is a little walk to the shopping area. Rusutsu is still an up and coming area so can't compare with the restaurants in Niseko - but the skiing is great :) Hope you have a lovely time up the mountain though! The Luxe Nomad team

Incredible!!
Our experience so far has been wonderful! We've had to make late changes and Jessy was incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk me through changes and solved our issues with ease and very quickly too.

I had a great experience with this service, they were understanding and gracious to refund our reservation that we cancelled last minute due to the delayed opening of Niseko Ski Resort. We are so grateful to Gracie for her kind and thoughtful correspondence and her help in refunding our money. Thank you, Gracie!
