Great prices, fast shipping, great customer service!
Great prices, fast shipping, great customer service I've bought a lot of items here at low prices and the free (membership) shipping is a plus.

Good but could be better
Nice product but shipping dept is kinda lacking. My package was sent to the wrong place causing a delay. I did not know about it until I saw the tracking notification. Mighty Hobby did not contact me or try to make amends for the snafu.

Irritated
Your customer service is a joke! I paid for an order on 3/30 and here we are 4/7 and I have been emailing your company only for the last 5 days with no response!!! I’m about to call my bank and get my money back! Scammers!!!

Hi Monique, the item you purchased was still on pre order status. We have not yet received this from Funko, we have issued a full refund at your command and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience and confusion this caused. The listing for the item you purchased clearly showed the release date of product!

Pre Order
Did a pre order so I'm still waiting on the item but so far so good. Best price I found for the item I purchased.
