Ordered the APOLLO mod case for my Apple Watch Ultra. The packaging is premium and the case itself feels solid and well-crafted. It's a little chunky and on the heavier side but that's part of the aesthetic and I love it. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but customer support was always helpful and responsive throughout the process. Overall really happy with the product and the brand. Would recommend!

Shipping was very efficient. The product was even better than I was anticipating. The luxury watch faces was worth the extra $. I found the band resizing was worth getting a watch shop to do, as getting the pins back in can be challenging. I would definitely recommend buying this product!

I ordered my watch strap and in under a week I had it in my hands. The presentation is outstanding you receive your strap in a box that is a throwback to the classic watches of old, if you ever bought a Brietling back in the 90’s you’ll remember the box it came in, these guys match that quality, the instructions and the fact that you get 2 straps in the box is another tip of the hat to old fashioned quality, a metal strap for formal wear and a rubber one for day to day use. I had a small issue with a sticky button so I sent off an email and this is where the wonderful lady that is Claire steps in, she took ownership of my problem, kept in constant contact with me and in no time had a replacement winging its way to me, every customer care department in the world should have a Claire!! I’ve worn both straps over the past few weeks both are beautifully made and the metal one super easy to adjust and it’s an absolute genius idea to include all the tools you need to size it. My Apple ultra now looks so unique and the different faces are a bit of fun. All in all a great experience and if you are a customer care manager searching for an absolute star of a customer service agent look no further than Claire!
