Hi Neel,
we’re sorry that you remain dissatisfied, and we understand the frustration surrounding your experience.
We have reviewed the documentation you provided carefully. While the Apple report notes that the damage “appears to be in the same area” as the button of a third-party case, this does not establish how the damage occurred or whether it resulted from the product itself, its installation, use, impact, pressure, or another external factor.
We stand behind our products and, when one of our products is defective, we can provide the appropriate solution for our product, including replacement or refund in accordance with our policies. However, we cannot accept liability for repair costs relating to a separate third-party device where the cause of the damage cannot be independently and conclusively established.
We have therefore offered to resolve the matter concerning the Mod Case itself. We also acknowledge that the agreed refund for the case has taken longer than it should, and we sincerely apologize for that delay. Our team remains available to ensure that this portion of the matter is completed properly.
We respect your disappointment, but we also want to be transparent about what we can reasonably take responsibility for.
